Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Support the team in client services activities in APAC and various initiatives
  • Primarily engage in Customer Technical Support to understand issues and make initial categorization effort in the ticketing tool
  • Improve work efficiency in customer-oriented database
  • Coordination with internal and external parties, if needed
  • Support to the shift work (Required to work early shift)

You’ll need to have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate and improve
  • Some knowledge in technology and finance will be advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
  • Work pro-actively, independently, goal-oriented and demonstrate initiative
  • Working proficiency in Mandarin, Korean or German, while not mandatory, is desirable
