Ethlas – Product Management Intern

Product Intern

Ethlas is looking for a Product Intern to assist the Product Manager in developing and launching new products. As an intern, you will work closely with the Product Manager and other teams to help drive the success of our products and improve the overall player experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs.

• Assist in developing product roadmaps and feature prioritization.

• Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics and propose further iterations.

• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user guides and release notes.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to bring ideas to life.

• Conduct user testing and provide feedback on user experience.

• Assist in managing product launches, including coordinating marketing efforts and developing launch plans.

• Monitor product performance and provide regular updates to the Product Manager.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Data-driven, strong ability in analysing data to derive insights and make decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.

• Passion for gaming and/or blockchain technology is preferred.

• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
