This position reports to the Construction Project Managers. Trainees will learn how a construction project operate from the start, relating works of quantity surveying, civil engineering and project management.
1. Site visit and construction engineering coordination
2. Construction work coordination such as ordering concrete and understanding how structural drawings work on site
3. Architecture design and drawing analysis coordination (is the architectural design structurally sound and buildable?)
4. Tendering for construction projects
5. Quantity take off
6. Compiling method statement of constructions
7. Liasing with sub contractors and/or clients
