JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Talent Management & Development intern for South-East Asia & Korea, you will support key initiatives aimed at developing our employees, strengthening our leadership pipeline, and preparing our top talents for the next steps in their careers. You will be immersed in a highly dynamic and complex matrix environment - spanning multiple countries, business units, and cultures - giving you exposure to a broad range of HR and talent topics. You will contribute to the end-to-end coordination, tracking and execution of projects, helping ensure timely delivery, quality follow-up, and impactful outcomes across the SEAK region.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Talent Insights & Analytics: Analyze and consolidate insights on Culture, Talent Management, Leadership, and Development topics. Support data preparation for leadership reviews, talent roundtables, and performance calibration meetings. Create dashboards and reporting summaries to support decision-making.
Talent Review & Succession Planning: Support the coordination of the SEAK succession planning cycle, including templates, data consolidation, and alignment with global timelines.
DE&I and Employee Engagement: Contribute to the planning and execution of the SEAK DE&I agenda and support employee engagement initiatives.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to multiple HR and Talent projects, such as employee recognition program, onboarding program, competency mapping, development programs, and engagement initiatives. Coordinate timelines, track progress, and support communication with stakeholders across the Region. Prepare presentations and documentation for internal meetings, leadership updates, and project steering committees.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related fields, with a strong interest in HR
Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and multicultural environment
Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
Positive and proactive mindset
