Job Description

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an intern to support the Regional HR Business Partner (SEAK – Southeast Asia & Korea) in driving key people initiatives across multiple markets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to regional HR strategy, execution governance, and cross-country stakeholder management, while working closely with senior leaders and country HR teams.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Support execution of the regional Employee Survey action plan across countries
  • Support budget preparation for SEAK HQ functions
  • Partner with country HR teams to customize Asia onboarding framework for Singapore and SEAK markets
  • Manage and track action items from monthly country HR reviews
  • Develop presentations, trackers, and structured documentation

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently studying with HR/ Business/ Management
  • Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (critical for success in this role
  • Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
  • Able to commit at least 6months full time internship starting from June/ July 2026
