You would Train under the Director to establish the Processes and assist with all projects in Singapore and Internationally.
Eso Torra Indesigns would like to train the Designer / Architect with while they are starting off in the careers as it is easier to mold the person to our processes and company culture. Thus taking the Internship forward from starting as an Intern to growing in the journey with us to be a Full Time Designer.
Designer must work with full Zeal.
The Intern must be prepared to learn and grow towards working interdependently.
Intern would be willing to work and have BASIC SKILL SETS for the understanding and working on the below listed tasks -
1. Creative and Practical Design Approach for commercial and Residential projects.
2. Presentation skills for Projects / Creative Mood boards.
3. Producing high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to tender and construction stage.
4. Drafting layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the timeline, quality, assurance standards and project specifications.
5. Preparing interior design drawings/documentation sets given information and/or sketch drawings.
6. Assist Senior designer to ensuring all necessary details and prepared in CAD file/sketch up for the 3D team to make the 3D's.
7. Assist Senior Designer for the preparing of fully coordinated and accurate sets of tender, construction, as-built drawings for interior design drawing packages.
8. Ensuring that the quality of work is consistent with the company's documentation as well as professional standards.
9 Be Productive, a good planer , organize time and work balance.
