ESGTech – Digital Marketing Intern

ESGTech is a high-growth start-up providing a global ESG data exchange platform where corporates, financial institutions and governing bodies can acquire, verify and disclose material and actionable ESG data.

Responsibilities

Social media strategy:

• Plan strategies and execute social media campaigns
• Assist in photography, videography, production of creatives when applicable
• Maintain content calendar – crafting articles, copywriting to maintain thought leadership on social media
• Keeping our brand consistent throughout social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube)

Marketing analytics:

• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, optimisation, utilisation of Google console to improve our website discovery
• Analyse statistics of completed social media campaigns for reporting and optimisation
• Optimize website navigation with Squarespace analytics, using relevant metrics (bounce rates, CTR, engagements etc.) for tracking
• Assist in tracking and reporting of key metrics and objectives, including ongoing and completed social media campaigns

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned including materials for branding, communications, and events (e.g. Singapore Fintech Festival)

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Singapore
• Ability to work in an independent, fast-paced, start-up environment and be comfortable with ambiguities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop unique ideas and expand on them is a plus.
• Understanding of how the fintech and finance industry works – bonus if you understand how ESG data plays a part in the landscape
• Basic Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is preferred
