Temp Contractors (2 Months) – Phone Surveys, Singapore

About the opportunity

In your role as a Temporary Contractor in the PI-Customer, Advisory team, you’ll:

  • Conduct surveys with clients’ customers. This may include :
  • Inviting customers to participate in the survey
  • Conduct the customer experience survey via telephone / face-to-face
  • Validate all completed customer experience surveys that may have been completed through a variety of channels/platform
  • Providing technical support for survey respondents who may call/email requesting for assistance
  • Managing the online customer experience surveys
  • Tracking of responses received through face-to-face interviews, phone interviews and online platform on a daily basis to identify respondents for follow-up
  • Checking of survey responses received from survey house for completeness and accuracy in data entry
  • Performing data entry of survey results into MS Excel / Powerpoint
  • Assist with consolidation of all survey responses from various platforms for tabulation and analysis

Duration and proposed start date:

  • 28th May to 31st July 2018
  • Option to extend if required
  • Number of working hours per week : 40 hours
    • Working times may be staggered as required / broken into shifts

About you

We’re looking for people with the following experience:

  • Minimally A Levels or Poly students
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pleasant sounding voice
  • In order to liaise with Multi-lingual speaking customers, proficiency in English and Chinese languages is compulsory
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia language would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
