Job Description
We are seeking highly-motivated individuals to join our team as Digital Transformation Intern, Information Technology.
Job description
The successful applicant will:
- Analyze the digital trends in the market
- Brainstorm ideas, solutions with IT team and vendors
- Advise suitable solutions to improve current systems, automate manual processes
- Work closely with various stakeholders e.g. IT team, vendors and business users
- Assist in the definition of scope and objectives
- Help to write business requirements
- Report and escalate to management as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, knowledge and skills:
- Broad Understanding of software and hardware
- Knowledge of Digital concepts
- Digital Innovation and entrepreneur mind set
- Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Databases, web applications
- Understanding of how general insurance works
- Good team player with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Out of box thinking to bring fresh ideas
- Speed, flexibility, and effectiveness of response to changing situations
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
