- Job Description
Job scope
- Update Daily Donations
- Assist in handling Accounts payable, reimbursement of staff claim and Petty Cash.
- Assist in the matching of receipts to the Accounting System
- Assist in annual Internal and External Audits.
- Assist in Fixed Asset Management.
- Assist in upgrading our current accounting software to ERP.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current studying in Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in accounting
- Good team player and positive working attitude
- Meticulous and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of MYOB software is preferred
