Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with product managers to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement
  • Support the coordination and execution of product launches, including documentation and communication materials
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide input on product-related discussions
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product requirements are effectively communicated
  • Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides
  • Assist in operational functions, such as installing hardware and software for clients
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to address client issues and ensure smooth product functionality
  • Perform testing on product enhancements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Strong interest in product management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets
  • Prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus
  • Only full time interns who are available to start in early August 2026 will be considered
