Job Description

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and energetic HR Intern to support our HR team in various HR projects and other HR related tasks. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the areas of creating a positive employee experience for new hires, talent acquisition, training & development and people operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support full employee life cycle in the areas of onboarding, new hire orientation program and offboarding.
  • Support our drive for employer branding and campus recruitment.
  • Support our search for internship candidates.
  • Support HR Analytics and People Dashboard.
  • Support HR Ops related tasks such as employee letters preparation, work pass applications, HR systems, employee information maintenance etc.
  • Work on HR policies, benefits and other matters.
  • Support employee engagement programs.
  • Participate in Manpower Surveys.
  • Any other project and task as assigned

 

Academic Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing university degree, preferably in Business and / or Human Resources.
  • Effective in managing multiple projects / tasks at the same time
  • Strong learning agility
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
