Location: Islandwide

Salary: $2,000 - $2,800

Working Hours: 5 days/ 44 hours (rotated shift including weekends & PH)

Responsibility:

• Handles retail operations not limited to scheduling of staff for shifts, ensuring smooth running of store operations.
• Striving and setting the example for exemplary service within the outlet.
• Keeping the store clean and neat at all times.
• Develop strategies to attain highest level of customer service excellence and sales performance
• Conduct interviews and appraise candidates for various roles whenever required. 

Requirement:

• Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Participate in 6-7 leadership courses over the span of 6 months
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays
