Department Manager (Retail / Fmcg)
Responsibilities:
· Handles full front-end and back-end activities
· Achieve pre-set outlet KPIs and goals
· Ensure team members are complying to company’s SOP
· Develop strategies to attain highest level of customer service excellence and sales performance
· Conduct interviews and appraise candidates for various roles
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
· Accustomed to work in retail (with food) settings
· Ability to multi-task and excel in fast paced working environment
· Strong merchandising skills
· Participate in 6-7 leadership courses over the span of 6 months
Details:
· Location: Island-Wide (Will be deployed to nearest outlet near you)
· Timing: 5 day work week, 44 hours a week
· Salary: Up to $4000 (Subjected to experience)
