We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.

This position offers the ability to grow, develop and maintain relationships with key clients and manage strategic sales. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining client satisfactions through projects and activations.

  • Identify potential business opportunities/clients and prospect new clients 
  • Work with team lead to develop plans and sales strategies
  • Observing and analysing market trends to enhance sales strategies constantly
  • Generate leads and strive to convert them to sales
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives
  • Strive to provide value added services to clients consistently
  • Work closely with the administrative departments to ensure proper financing and invoicing for clients
  • Work and communicate closely with the operations team, driving synergy through fulfilling plans
  • Provide support to operations team in fulfilling client’s activation

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any specialization
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
