Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Multilingual Transcriptionist to support a project involving a mixed-language audio recording in Korean, Japanese, and English. The selected freelancer will produce a verbatim English transcript with timestamps and provide an affidavit upon completion.

Project Details

• Source Languages: Korean, Japanese, and English
• Target Language: English
• Location: Remote or in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Produce a detailed verbatim English transcript with accurate timestamps.
• Transcribe and translate mixed-language audio into English where required.
• Verify and align timestamps with the audio recording.
• Use a draft transcript as a reference for timing verification (final transcript must be checked against the audio).
• Provide an affidavit upon completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multilingual transcription and/or translation.
• Native or professional proficiency in English, with strong Korean and Japanese comprehension.
• Ability to deliver accurate, timestamped verbatim transcripts.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to provide an affidavit for the completed transcript.
