EISOL is a Cloud Integrator serving retail and F&b businesses in Singapore. We are serving more than 500 businesses that use our POS system. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about interacting with business owners on a day-to-day basis and propose solutions that will help them increase productivity and save costs. Training and coaching will be given to the candidates.

1. Provide technical support and training on hardware, and software
2. Identifying the technical issue and liaising with the higher-level support engineer
3. Ability to handle pressure and good communication with external clients
4. Discover the new opportunity and collaborate with the sales team
5. Good understanding about IP based networking
6. Able to work independently or as a team player to support peers
7. Ability to create and maintain an online knowledge base system
8. Traveling to the client location may be required 
9. Alternate weekend support may be required
