Founded in 2017 by two ex-MOE teachers, we have since organized over 300 sports events. Our sports programs are endorsed by the Sports Education Program (SEP), a collaborative partnership between the Singapore Sports Council (SSC) and the Ministry of Education (MOE).

We aim to develop our employees in the strategic planning process and to assist in the development of a work plan for future ventures. Our employees will be expected to increase our current client base, expand to segments of the corporate market and increase our online presence.
• Interns are expected to convey and exchange thoughts, ideas and information effectively through various mediums and approaches
• Active participation in the strategic planning process, assist in the development of work plan to expand the business into promising areas of outdoor adventure camp and online teambuilding activities
• Assist the manager in developing and executing the annual marketing strategy plan to achieve business objectives, striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation and quick wins to achieve targets.
• Assist the manager in managing the marketing budget, with ongoing performance measurement and optimization to drive sustainable growth
The intern will also be developing in the following areas:
• Learn how to display professionalism in the workplace
• Learn how to present and articulate clear and concise information, ideas and thoughts
• Learn how to use relevant data representation models to communicate the data and information
• Learn how to connect ideas or information from related fields in their prior experience and use them to address a new issue
• Learn how to identify perceivable problems and follow given guidelines to solve the problems
• Gain knowledge in marketing within an SME through understanding the broad strategies and how to execute the strategies
