Job Description
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies, develop written job description and requirements
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Identify recruitment channels and source potential candidates through the channels
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback on both the recruiting process and candidate job fit
  • Manage offer process and conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies on hiring, renewal, repatriation of foreign workers
  • Conduct exit interviews with outgoing employees
  • Support and execute employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Degree preferably in HRM
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
  • Proficient in MS Office/ Excel (Pivot/ vlookup/ hlookup/ if……else)/ Powerpoint
  • Independent and able to operate with minimal supervision
  • People oriented and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Employment Act
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively in team environment
