EB Food Marketing Pte Ltd is a dynamic fast growing company in food industry, largely specializing in the distribution of frozen food products. We are the sole distributor of Everbest Soya Bean Products Sdn. Bhd and EB Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd. They have just moved into a large brand new multi-million ringgit modern plant with achievement of Halal and GMP certifications and is now poised to achieve sales revenue exceeding RM 100 million within a year. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing the sales order, invoice, customer complain and others as required.
• To follow up with internal department in ensuring the order placed is in timely deliver.
• Liaise with sales team to schedule and arrange shipping to meet customer order.
• Monitoring and ensuring timely departure and arrival of shipment.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and production on planning and managing the movement of goods for shipment.
• Handle ad hoc administrative duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
