Job Description

THE POSITION: Operations Intern
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Operations Intern. The overarching aim of the operations team is to ensure the company processes are running smoothly, providing exemplary support to customers and merchants alike. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Be on the front line of the business, responding to merchant enquiries and requirements
● Be the Subject Matter expert on use of merchant interfaces and work with product team for improvements
● Manage merchant accounts and analyse different ways to optimize merchant revenue
● Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms which include but are not limited to online chats, calls and emails
● Generate and analyse user experience reports for service monitoring and improvement
● Contribute to voucher fulfilment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfilment process


WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
● Be able to commit at least 3 months on a full-time basis
● Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to engage with our merchants
● Good data processing, problem-solving, computer skills
