Project Executive (Intern)

Job Description & Requirements:

This position conducts research-related project work, assists with the setup of research objectives, manages key events, and handles administrative and compliance matters for the research. You will be exposed to various aspects of a project to pick up relevant skills.

Specific Responsibilities

-To assist with the execution of projects in general based on the client's requirements

- Work closely with the company management and carry out tasks

- Create and maintain necessary project management documents (Excel, charts, schedules, and follow up with the external vendor.)

- Survey methodologies and design of the project.

- Manage data sets and survey operations.

- Organize, plan, and execute within the timeline of the project. Including data management procedures.

- Be helpful and learn to manage together as a team. Build rapport.

 

Requirements:

- Able to work independently after training and to work within the project schedule, able to plan and look out for key milestones after understanding the project

- 5 day/week, 10 am to 630pm. (WFH arrangements will be in place once you settle in)

- Good office environment and near MRT. Local SME, bond and work together.

- Training will be provided; good job to gain experience. 

Competencies

1. Able to learn and understand how the industry works. Work with minimal supervision after training.

2. Engage with stakeholders and conduct internal discussions, able to plan and execute.

3. Good organizational skills, project management, and proficiency in Excel.

4. Logical thinking and planning.

Duration of internship:

1. 3 months min
