Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Managing operations and learning administration such as processing of external training requests and record-keeping
- Conduct data measurement and analysis
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and scheduling of Employee orientation
- Provides advise and guidance on training policies and learning management system to stakeholders
- Computing and reporting of CPD hours achievement
- Provide suggestions and initiatives on creating a learning culture
- Planning and organising training workshops
Job Requirements
- 6 months Contract convertible to Permanent role
- Singaporean / PR with Degree or Diploma holder
- Graduated in 2019 or graduating in 2020
