Talent Acquisition Intern (Full-time / Part-time)

The Talent Acquisition Intern will be working with the HR team in expanding the company's talent acquisition capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates such as social media platforms,university career portals, etc.
• Expand and maintain DTL's talent pool and recruitment channels
• Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
• Assist in conducting preliminary interviews with candidates

Job Requirements

• Student pursuing a degree in relevant field of study or has relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
• Meticulous, professional and organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Proactive and results-oriented

Duration

• Full-time Intern: 2 - 3 months. Monday - Friday
• Part-time Intern: at least 3 days per week for 4 months
