Founded in Singapore, Pod Labs is a brand that serves ready-to-drink beverages in Nespresso® compatible capsules for homes, offices and restaurants.
Co-founded by two passionate coffee and tea connoisseurs, the business was brewed up as an answer to the endless search for traditional Singapore coffee and tea Nespresso® compatible capsules. This was on the back of feedback from other coffee and tea aficionados who enjoy both traditional “Kopi” and “Teh” as well as western offerings.
After receiving an Enterprise Singapore grant and getting accepted into the esteemed NUS Enterprise startup incubation programme, we embarked on a fruitful (and painful!) year long R&D process. This led to us developing the first of its kind “Kopi-O” and “Teh-O” Nespresso® compatible capsules. As of 2018, we are currently the only company selling such Nespresso® compatible “Kopi-O” and “Teh-O” capsules.
We are looking for a young talent to assist the team during this growth stage of the business.

Job Scope Includes
- Business Development:
- Act as the point of contact for clients for client queries
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
- Keyword research
- On page Search Engine Optimisation recommendations - Paid Media Campaigns:
- Setup Facebook campaigns
- Setup Adwords campaigns
- Analyze digital campaigns success
- Copywriting of blog post articles
- Project Management:
- Overall project management of marketing projects
- Photo & Video Editing
- Social Media:
- Social Media tools research (AgoraPulse, Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
- Scheduling of social media posts

- Comfortable with numbers
- Good communicator
You will have an excellent grounding of the modern digital marketing mix by the end of this internship. We do not expect you to have any background in marketing and will expect you to learn on the job.
