* Compensation Break-down (The "Win-Win" Model)

We value your time AND your results. Your earnings are uncapped:

• Base Admin Fee: $10 - $15 / hour (5–10 hours/week) for sourcing and outreach.

• Lead Generation: $10 for every qualified resume submitted.

• Interview Bonus: $50 for every candidate that attends an interview at our Great Eastern Central office.

• Placement Grand Prize: $500 bonus for every candidate successfully hired into our associate program.

• Top Performer Bonus: Hit 5 interviews in a month and get an extra $100 "Power Recruiter" bonus.

* Your Mission

• Headhunt: Identify high-potential peers from local universities (NUS/NTU/SMU/SUSS/SIT).

• Connect: Use social media, Telegram, and campus networks to share the Dream Planners career story.

• Coordinate: Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure your leads show up for their "Discovery Sessions" at our office.

• Consult: Act as the first point of contact, answering peer questions about the financial industry with a "student-to-student" approach.
