Dow Technologies and Systems – Automation QA Engineer

We are looking for QA automation engineers need to test web and mobile apps for functionality and to find bugs. Systems technology companies and other businesses hire QA automation engineers to work full time as part of a collaborative engineering team. QA automation engineers report to the director of engineering or the engineering manager. These professionals primarily work in office environments during daytime business hours and are rarely required to travel to perform their normal job duties.

QA experience with complex web applications and software systems Solid manual testing skills QA test automation experience (2+ years) Experienced in iOS/Android, backend and frontend testing Proven expertise in Java, JavaScript Experience performing and directing cross-browser and cross-device testing Experience with Postman, Charles Knowledge of Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems Understanding of databases Understanding of API basics Ability to understand the system to create detailed and accurate reports Ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement Strong sense of ownership and pride in the quality of work Experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban), TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Delivery Excellent problem solving skills Team player, self-motivated, good communicator, driven and committed.
