Furthermore, we want to also offer a predictive analysis of jobs & skill requirements. Finally, we want to develop greater transparency between managers, employees and employers to access information regarding employment & performance through available mediums.

• Experienced in understanding and explaining information level issues, utilizing architecture diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, data dictionaries & maps
• Hands-on experience/exposure in T24.
• Familiar with data quality management framework
• Technical understanding of XML, fmpl, data, and data models
• Some technical experience with development and/or database design and management
• Familiar with agile methodologies for project delivery
