• Analyze actual financial data, hands on SAP/HFM experience, and assist with other accounting/closing activities.
• Recommend improvement actions by analyzing real financial data and supporting new system implementation.
• Assist the Controller to design initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem solving.
• Identify potential risks, functional, regulatory, technical gaps and support in developing strategy to manage these risks.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
• This is a group level role based in Singapore.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration

- Basic data processing and analytics skills

- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Exposure to SAP, HFM and other ERP system preferred

- Solution-oriented, passionate and proactive attitude

- Good command of written & spoken English

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated, responsible & can work independently as well as collaboratively.
