Job Description

We are seeking an Intern, Partnerships & Community Engagement, to join our team and support in partnership acquisition for our loyalty perks programme as well as executing events to engage with the communities. 


This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Senior Manager, Partnerships & Community Engagement.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows

  • Support in market research to identify potential partners to onboard for our loyalty perks programme
  • Assist in creating and implementing outreach strategies to engage with potential partners via email, phone and social media
  • Support the partnerships team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contract documentation for potential partners
  • Act as a point of contact through the partnership acquisition process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, business development, legal) to ensure effective communication and alignment with partner objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, including contact details, progress updates, and relevant documents
  • Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations to update the team and stakeholders on partnership acquisition efforts
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics and helping with on-site setup 


About you

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach and relationship building
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun!
