JOB DESCRIPTION
· Earn as You Learn (Gain the skills to be a BIM Modeller and get paid for it)
· Join MAJOR PROJECTS without the fear of rejection (We will source suitable projects based on your training received).
· Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software independently.
· Able to generate required information from the BIM software.
· Liaise & Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.
· Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.
· Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.

· Creation of models and drawings in support of Permitting and Construction that are completed in accordance with timelines, quality, and cost objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Freshers, Entry level candidates and mid-careerists are welcome.
· Have a strong passion for pursuing a career in the AEC industry.
· Develop BIM models for Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
· Job location : Singapore (All Candidates are required to work onsite in Singapore)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Qualified Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering or equivalent.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
· Fast learner and a quick thinker
