- Job Description
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for sorting, routing and loading cargo to and from various warehousing or storage locations.
Responsibilities:
- Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items.
- Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
- Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
- Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
- To operate Forklift.
- Stuffing and unstuffing of containers
- Receiving of cargo from trucks
- Perform loading/unloading from trucks
- Proper storage of cargo in warehouse with Reach Truck
- Perform stock-taking accurately
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a valid forklift license
- Familiar with warehouse operations e.g. receiving, storing and picking
