a) Costing in for import/export shipment including carrier, vendor, warehouse related operation fee verification (AP)
b) Create BL, billing, cost in, AMS filling, and other operational undertaking for the team
c) Data Entry and utilize in-house system of HBL/MBL execution
d) Assist and coordination of day-to-day operations and transaction with internal/external customers
e) Attend and handle routine operational issues
f) Providing administrative support to Operations, Customer Service and Sales Team
g) Other assignments as assigned by the Management
