• Conduct career surveys with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.  

• Identify individuals with potential and extend invitations for casual appointments.  

• Invite potential candidates to informative Career Seminars, providing insights into the rewarding career.  

• Effectively communicate the benefits and opportunities, converting potential candidates into motivated Career Surveyors

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to identify and engage with potential candidates effectively.
