The intern’s responsibilities will include:
To provide effective management support to Managing Director, SEA in projects, compiling KPIs reports and provide support for general planning.
Collate, coordinate materials within departments and offices in SEA on Management Presentations, newsletters, etc
Coordinate and execute on a broad range of Marketing and communications
Assist to coordinate and develop DHL eCommerce AP initiative portfolio, roadmap, milestones and project plans
Monitor Progress of Projects and escalate any deviations from project plans
Support initiative teams in structuring activities and highlight interdependencies in initiative portfolio
Prepare and conduct management updates on progress of initiatives
Ensure internal communication on initiatives to safeguard progress of transformation
Full account of all initiatives, their progress and success
Follow-up on all deliverables and monitoring of compliance with timelines
Assurance of management oversight on initiative content development
Escalation of any interdependencies and deviations from plan
