At DHL, we are tailoring solutions to respond to ever-evolving customer requirements in both existing and new market segments.

We are looking for an Intern, Sales Training to join us on this exciting journey. This internship will provide you with invaluable insights and hands-on experience into organizing and developing training events and materials at a regional level.  You will also have the opportunity to participate in researching and analyzing training effectiveness.

What our intern will learn and contribute:

Training Research and Development

  • Conduct fact findings on training methodology and psychology on specific topics to improve sales effectiveness
  • Standardize and consolidates materials from different sources e.g. PowerPoints slides
  • Training research

Managing training administration 

  • Coordinating training invites
  • Managing participants on pre-work and post-course assignments
  • Post-training evaluation analysis and reporting

Event Management

  • Coordinating training resources
  • Training venue preparation
  • Printing of training materials/collaterals

Requirements:

  • Able to complete an internship in Singapore
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin will be an advantage but not necessary
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous & good analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good report writing in English
  • Able to commit for a duration of at least 4 months (commencing March 2017)
