Collect, write and submit all internal standard operating procedures. Submission of and ensure compliance
with LVMH group policy.
Map, analyze and organize back of house storage spaces. Develop and implement archiving system to
optimize utilization of space & monitor expiry dates, amount of stock held.
Develop system for maintenance team to track repairs, manage stocks and organize work schedule.
Optimize manual processes and data entry processes for the cashier support team
