Purpose of the job:
Dentsu helps clients build consumer relationships by communicating their products and brands effectively. Our distinctive and innovative range of products and services include marketing and communications strategies through digital creative execution, media planning and buying, mobile applications, SEO, content creation, brand tracking and marketing analytics.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Interpret creative briefs
- Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the copywriter
- Writing of social media content (if applicable)
- Work on photoshoots (dependent on skillsets)
- Present ideas to colleagues and clients
- Familiarize with clients’ products/services, target audience and their competitors’ activities
- Develop and revise the final overall look and feel (visual & audio where appropriate and necessary) of creative assets (either in Digital Imaging or in CGI)
- Manage the quality of the product (creative assets) output
- Working on several campaigns when required, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
- Keep up to date with popular culture, trends and digital innovations
Person specifications:
- Diploma from NAFA, Polytechnic or a recognized Art School
- Quick and willing learner, open mindset, curious and resourceful
- Preferable to have skillsets in a couple of these areas: Visual Design, Photography, Digital Imaging, 3D Visualisation and/or Fashion Design, Copywriting
- Sound knowledge of digital production
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- An awareness and application of fashion and lifestyle trends and culture in social media
