Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Learning and Development department in planning and execution of all training and activities.
  • Devote sufficient field time to hands-on follow-up. Monitor and track progress of students and identify barriers to pre-class and post-class objectives; make recommendations and assist in the removal of these barriers.
  • Assist in the practical aspect of On-the-job training (OJT) and assessments in the stores.
  • Communicate class prerequisites and ensure training successfully completed, course objective is met through class content delivery and the successful completion of the Post-Class Action Plans.
  • Monitor and track the progress and completion of all training program.
  • Maintain class records and other documentation. Ensure that the department records are following the requirement of our internal policies and procedures and the law.
  • Monitor the training history of management staff; identify employees needing refresher courses or those who need specific types of development courses.
  • To provide the necessary training, support and follow up for all initiatives to drive new business concepts, new production launch, equipment, basic programs, and systems and to ensure successful implementation (follow-up on standards and procedures, results, and the recommendations).
  • To ensure that all staffs adhere to SFA guidelines, to promptly correct and re-train team members in the outlet.
  • Conducts monthly audit and action plan follow up for all outlets in accordance with the audit checklist.
  • To create, track and monitor training grant claims.
  • Any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Food and Beverage industry, of which 3 must be at supervisory level.
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated and possess the drive.
  • ACLP certified preferred.
