DHM currently has 5 restaurants, all situated at iconic destinations across Singapore: L’Entrecote The Steak & Fries Bristro at duxton hill and Customs House; Sabio by the Sea overlooking the sea at the picturesque Quayside Isle-sentosa cove; Souffle at duxton hill; and Forlino at the iconic Marina Bay, in view of the Merlion and breathtaking Singapore skyline.

  • Job Description
    • Responsible for order processing/monitoring sales orders for assigned clients
    • Track/resolve matters related to deliver of sales orders with client and HQ
    • Back-end support to sales and operation
    • Assist in sales invoicing
    • Assist in logistics works in warehouse/for Outside Catering (OC) and internal Events at restaurants
    • Petty cash: verification and reimbursement for Sales
    • Follow up with customers for invoices due and technical team to address customer enquires
    • Assist with weekly reporting for Sales and month-end closure report
    • Ad -hoc duties and providing sales related information as assigned by Superior
    • Handling incoming phone and email inquiries
    • Track sales target progress

  • Requirements
    • Meticulous, with an eye for detail
    • No experience and fresh graduates are welcome
    • Excel experience and skills
    • Able to liaise and coordinate effectively with different departments within the company, and with external stakeholders
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently
    • Solutions-oriented, results driven and problem-solver
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
