  • Responsible for order processing and monitoring sales orders
  • Track/resolve matters related to deliver of sales orders with client and HQ
  • Back-end support to sales and marketing
  • Assist in generating sales and marketing invoices, marketing collaterals, data entry input to assist marketing and sales admin support.
  • Assist in administrative jobs for Outside Catering (OC) and internal Events for all DHM restaurants such as processing EO (event order), sourcing of equipment, attire, linen, florist arrangement and all other related as assigned by your superior
  • Petty cash: verification and reimbursement for Sales & Marketing
  • Follow up with customers for invoices due and technical team to address customer enquires
  • Assist the Sales Team with weekly and month-end closure report and submission
  • Assisting in Ad -hoc duties for Sales & Marketing
  • Handling incoming phone calls and inquiries
  • Track sales target progressions and generating reports for meeting

Requirements

  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail
  • Well knowledgeable with Excel and Power Point
  • Able to liaise and coordinate effectively with different departments within the company, and with external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently
  • Solutions-oriented, results driven and problem-solver
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in Sales Admin support or equivalent.
