Job Responsibilities 

• Support the Institutional Sales team with daily sales activities. 
• Assist the Sales Manager in following up with potential clients. 
• Help build and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM database. 
• Collect, organize, and update sales data and reports. 
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and meeting notes. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and sales processes. 
• Conduct basic market and competitor research. 
• Perform other administrative and sales support tasks as assigned. 

Requirements 

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with good Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus. 
• Interest in fintech, payments, Web3, or institutional sales is preferred. 
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
