CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management & Content Coordination

• Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across DeCard's social media channels, ensuring messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.

Community Engagement & Brand Presence

• Monitor social media platforms, participate in community discussions, respond to inquiries where appropriate, and help foster meaningful engagement with DeCard's audience across Web3 and fintech communities.

PR & Communications Support

• Assist in drafting press materials, announcements, social media copy, and communication assets. Support media outreach activities and help maintain relationships with media partners and industry publications.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor social media and communications performance metrics, including reach, engagement, audience growth, and campaign impact. Compile reports and provide insights on trends and optimization opportunities.

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to both strategy and execution in a fast-moving Web3 environment.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in engaging external stakeholders and online communities.
• Genuine interest in Web3, crypto, fintech, digital media, or emerging technologies.
• Active on social media with a good understanding of major platforms, content trends, online communities, and digital engagement best practices
