Finance & HR Assistant (Part-time / Full-time)

As the Group Finance & HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting us on the following tasks:-

• Supports the daily financial management functions which includes AP & AR, monthly reconciliation, budgeting & forecasting, GST submission.
• Updating bank statements and bank reconciliation into system
• Passing journal entries as required for depreciation, accruals, prepayments.
• Handling AR and AP processes, including the bookings of expenses and client invoicing.
• Assist in preparing management reports for the month
• Co-ordination with auditors, tax agents and other authorities as and when required.
• Supports HR and office admin functions including Payroll, CPF submission and admin matters.
• Other finance-related projects and or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Position is also open for hourly part-timer or short-term contract cover (2 weeks-1month) applicants. 
• Possible conversion to full-time staff.
