Job Description
Finance & HR Assistant (Part-time / Full-time)
As the Group Finance & HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting us on the following tasks:-
- Supports the daily financial management functions which includes AP & AR, monthly reconciliation, budgeting & forecasting, GST submission.
- Updating bank statements and bank reconciliation into system
- Passing journal entries as required for depreciation, accruals, prepayments.
- Handling AR and AP processes, including the bookings of expenses and client invoicing.
- Assist in preparing management reports for the month
- Co-ordination with auditors, tax agents and other authorities as and when required.
- Supports HR and office admin functions including Payroll, CPF submission and admin matters.
- Other finance-related projects and or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Position is also open for hourly part-timer or short-term contract cover (2 weeks-1month) applicants.
- Possible conversion to full-time staff.
