We are offering the role of Finance Intern to be a part of our dynamic and growing professional services arm.
Job Description
1. Assist to manage a portfolio of client accounts
2. Responsible to assist Manager in a full suite of accounting services
3. Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts
4. Assist in preparation of financial statement line items and financial statement disclosures
5. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
6. Preparation of corporate documents including Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions and other corporate actions
7. Assist in making statutory filings with ACRA
8. Client facing responsibilities include answering client queries, conducting client business development activities, attending client meetings etc
9. Involved in adhoc management consulting and research work
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA Equivalent
Required skills: Microsoft Office, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero
Team player and good communicator; able to work under tight deadlines
Professional and independent worker
Strong initiative and Proactive
