Job Description

Intern - Digital Projects and Front End Solutions

Our job is to define business requirements for a retail app’s functionality, UX design, rollout and integrations. We work closely with the regional Center of Competence (IT) and external agencies to realize our concepts. Our apps have been deployed in over a dozen markets - and many more are planned in 2020.

Our project, SalesTouch, Salesforce and Sales Transaction System (POS) contributes towards an attractive and seamless digital application for retail staff to facilitate the entire sales discussion with customers. From product presentation, to closing the deal by signing a digital contract.

Your Main Tasks will include:

  • Working closely with APAC Markets and gathering business requirements for current and future improvements to the platforms, and/or upcoming developments.
  • Suggest improvements on the user interface and the user experience. These changes will directly enhance the lives of our sales consultants in countries where these platforms are deployed.
  • Assist Product Owner with Customer Master Database management
  • Assist Product Owner in creating and maintaining of Agile project artifacts
  • Creation of user stories to support the continual enhancement of the products
  • Support team in being the main point of contact with the markets

Skillsets Preferred:

  • Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
  • Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel, Etc

Optional Skillsets:

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI concepts
  • Basic ability to edit/enhance current UX/UI designs
  • Basic understanding of CRM and CRM systems
  • Basic understand of agile methodology
