Job Description

Our job is to define business requirements for a retail app’s functionality, UX design, rollout and integrations. We work closely with the regional Center of Competence (IT) and external agencies to realize our concepts. Our apps have been deployed in over a dozen markets - and many more are planned in 2020.

Our project, SalesTouch and Sales Transaction System (POS) contributes towards an attractive and seamless digital application for retail staff to facilitate the entire sales discussion with customers. From product presentation, to closing the deal by signing a digital contract.

Your Main Tasks Will Include:

  • Working closely with APAC Markets and gathering business requirements forcurrent and future improvements to the platforms, and/or upcoming developments.
  • Suggest improvements on the user interface and the user experience. These changes will directly enhance the lives of our sales consultants in countries where these platforms are deployed.
  • Creation of user stories to support the continual enhancement of the products
  • Support team in being the main point of contact with the markets

Job Requirements:

  • Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidancerequired
  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
  • Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
