Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join Regional Center South East Asia (RC SEA) as a Customer Service Business Development Intern to support the market management team in the area of business planning and development, new service products, service contracts and extended warranty as well as monitoring and controlling activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the team in major business development projects
  • Assist in developing customer service marketing strategies to support business goals
  • Support PM to prepare and create management presentations
  • Evaluate market potential for new Customer Service (CS) programs
  • Conduct regular market studies
  • Analyze competitor situation in customer service
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned


  • Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing (or equivalent)
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Objective, critical thinker and problem solver
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to perform tasks independently
  • Strong team player with high ethical standards
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Internship period from October 2022 to March 2023.

Open to both Full-time and Part-time internship.
