• Assist in the identification and development of mechanical systems in the built environment.
• Conduct research and analyze competency data to support skills development and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in validation of mechanical systems competency to ensure the maintenance team meet the required knowledge and skills set.
• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts in the maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, HVAC team to bring competency development and quality assurance to ensure maintenance success.
• Perform hands-on testing and experiments, and provide detailed reports on findings.
• Maintain a high level of safety, organization, and efficiency in the working environment.
