Working Environment

Cudy headquarters is currently located in the centre of Singapore's downtown core at Singapore Management University's co-working office managed by the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. You can locate us at 60 Stamford Road, Singapore 178900. Linked directly to Bras Basah MRT and 5 minutes walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. 1 minute walk to Koufu and 3 minutes walk to Food Republic.

Job Description

Content Designer / Writer Intern - Opportunity To Join A Growing Startup


Job Duties & Responsibilities:
●Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers (e.g. Social media advertisements and posts; blog articles)
●Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
●Regularly produce various content types, including articles, social media posts and blog articles
●Actively manage and promote our blog, social media pages, social media content and other media content to relevant third-party platforms
●Collaborate with other functions in the company to create innovative content ideas
●Analysis and identification of users’ behaviours and needs and to recommend and create new content through iteration
●Research industry-related topics (coming online sources, interviews and studies)
●Write clear marketing copy to promote our products and services
●Proofread and edit blog posts before publications
●Coordinate with marketing team to illustrate articles
●Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
●Promote content on social media
●Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
●Ensure all-around consistency (e.g. style, fonts, images and tone)
●Presenting concept visualisation through sketches, drawings and illustrations
●Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process
●Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept
●Understanding trends within the education industry
●Manage and utilize Newsletter automation services (e.g. Mailchimp)
●Manage and utilize Social Media Marketing and Management tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
●Work effectively in Agile/Scrum development process

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
●Proficiency or Qualification in Communications, English and/or Journalism
●Proficient writing and editing skills in English
●Proficiency in writing clear marketing copy to promote our products and services
●Proficiency in Adobe systems such as Photoshop and Illustrator
●Experience with Facebook Ad Manager
●Proficiency in Social Media posting (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter)
●Experience doing deep internet research
●Experience in analysing data from third party analytics provider (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
●Familiar with online and web publications
●Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
●Ability to meet deadlines

Salary
Polytechnic/ Junior College/ ORD applicants: $240 to $800
University (undergraduate) applicants: $300 to $1000

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9.30am to 6.30pm
Disclaimer: overtime on occasional events may be required - max 4 hours a day
